The Results! Quality of life has significantly improved. Lost 25 lbs. in 7 months, 4 inches off waist, put on muscle, and have reduced my overall stress at work and at home.
CrossFit advice for new members?
Give CrossFit a chance and don’t worry about how much you are lifting or how fast you are moving…but JUST KEEP MOVING and finish the WOD! Get to know your fellow CrossFit mates. These are interesting individuals from all walks of life with the shared goal of improving their fitness.
